We start our courses with the Mermaid swim test! You must jump into the water and swim a length of 25m without standing up. It is important that you can swim well as a participant, because a mermaid or Neptune equipment is not a swimming aid.

What can you expect? The lesson consists of three parts. At the beginning there is an introduction, as well as safety instructions for the participants and, of course, the accompanying persons. We explain how to deal with the monofin and the mermaid tail. Subsequently, the main part follows in the water with introduction exercise and first immersion tests. Our instructors show you how to dress properly and how to get in and out of the water. Together we have lots of fun and make our first immersion attempts, of course in your wish costume. All participants will receive a Mermaid Swim School Pass.

Meeting point: 5 minutes before the course starts at the indoor pool
Take with you: Swimming goggles and swimwear
